Josh and Nicole planned their pre-wedding shoot from Los-Angeles. They were also planning their fall trip through Asia. No time for in-person meetings or multiple fittings. They were also not familiar with how things work in Korea,
Like many couples, they came in with one main concern. Will this feel stressful?
From the first call, everything was mapped out. Locations were selected based on their vision. A timeline was built around their short trip. Styling, fittings, and logistics were all arranged in advance.
Even with limited time, everything came together smoothly. They arrived, trusted the process, and focused on enjoying the experience.

a shoot that felt easy, not staged
Nicole described the entire experience as natural from the start. It didn't feel like a production. It felt like a day spent together.
They walked through Seoul, talked, laughed, and moved through each location without pressure. There was no need to overthink posing or direction. Everything was guided in a way that felt relaxed and intuitive.

The first part of their shoot focused on tradition. They wore hanbok at Gyeongbukgung Palace, creating something timeless and meaningful, especially for their families.
The second part shifted completely. Inspired by 80's Hong Kong cinema and Wong Kar-Wai, they wanted something cinematic. Neon lights. Movement. A slightly nostalgic, romantic mood.
Seoul made both possible.
