In the late fall of last year I traveled up north to the town of Andong, famous in Korea for its tradition. In a beautiful ballroom of Andong Grand Hotel, Byeong-yeop and Ae-ri would be married in front of their loved ones. Never have I felt so welcome and so appreciated than with this couple and their families! It was going to be a beautiful day!

In the early morning I arrived at the make up and dress shop where the couple and their close relatives were getting pampered before the big day. While introducing myself and getting acquainted, I learned that the couple were both designers, working for the same company. They met through their work and fell in love, and the rest as they say, is history! For me, it was a great honor to be chosen by creatives to document their special day and I was inspired to do great work for them! After catching up with old friends and family it was time for the ceremony to begin.

What a wonderful trip and wedding! The whole day was filled with giggles from the groom and sweet smiles from this lovely bride. I’ll always look back on their day and get the warm fuzzy feeling in my heart.
