“I’ll love you forever, I’ll like you for always, as long as I’m living, my baby you’ll be.” 

It’s really cool how I get to watch families around me grow. How I get to see babies grow up to become their own, unique little people. When moms contact me and share the news that their family is growing, I feel so much joy for them and I get excited to share in the the next chapter of their happiness.

The Billets are no different. I met JJ and Erica when we took pictures of their new baby girl, Emilyn Briony. They were now expecting their second baby and they wanted to have the process documented with maternity / family and newborn photos. I was thrilled!

We spent a lovely autumn afternoon in the park running after the little busy bee that Miss Briony is. I got to see my favorite park at new angles and through new, inquisitive eyes and hands. Here’s a visual account of our beautiful afternoon:

After a lot of playing we were all ready for some tea and went to the tea house located in the park’s temple grounds. Miss B had a great time exploring there too and we were treated to wonderful herbal teas and Korean snacks, a perfect way to end the afternoon.

Tummies full and thirsts quenched, we said our goodbyes and patiently awaited the new baby to make his appearance.
